Art & Resilience examines the powerful ways artists convey vulnerability, resilience and their search for solace. Expect old masters such as Van Gogh and Munch, as well as the contemporaneous masters Tracey Emin and Paula Riego, but also less known artist such as John Wilson McCracken among others. They all responded to their own mental health challenges through their work across painting, photography, textile and other media, providing solace for us all.

Her special passion lies in Modernist architecture, which led her to earn a Graduate Certificate with distinction in History of Art and Architecture from Birkbeck University. That was actually her second degree—her first career is in Economics, with over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced world of financial markets. Now, she channels her energy into making art and architecture not just informative, but fun, relatable and engaging for everyone. She’s the founder of Art Tours with a Theme – ART wiT, a London-based project offering themed tours and talks that bring the city’s creativity to life.
