This talk will discuss the life and death of Manfred von Richthofen otherwise known as ‘The Red Baron’. He was the leading fighter pilot of WW1 who had shot down 80 allied aircraft. He was shot down and killed in disputed circumstances on 21st of April 1918. The talk will also cover the use of air power in WW1.
