I’m absolutely fascinated by how people’s minds work. Always have been.
That fascination led me to study Psychology, focusing on aspects such as emotional intelligence, love and relationships, abnormal psychology and child psychology.
I've set up a dating agency, taught in schools, run my own businesses and in every case it's been driven by a desire to help people improve their lives.
I'm a qualified, experienced and successful Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and Coach. What that means is I work with people from all walks of life on learning how to use their mind to its full potential and achieving things they previously hadn’t thought possible.
People tend to find Hypnosis an incredibly interesting subject, especially as the way it’s portrayed in films can be a little unbelievable at times! It’s a fascinating topic with a huge range of applications that most people are keen to hear more about. What I do is a little different from most hypnotherapists as I work with ‘evidence-based’ hypnosis, looking at the science behind a lot of the ‘myth and magic’ which is out there.
Mindfulness is one of those topics which intrigues many people, but there is a lot of either low quality or repetitive information floating around about it - If you're looking for a more engaging, different, real-life introduction to what it is and how it can help, that's what I offer.
