I’m absolutely fascinated by how people’s minds work. Always have been.

I've set up a dating agency, taught in schools, run my own businesses and in every case it's been driven by a desire to help people improve their lives.
I'm a qualified, experienced and successful Wellbeing & Mental Health Trainer, Clinical Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and Coach. What that means is I work with people from all walks of life on learning how to use their mind to its full potential and achieving things they previously hadn’t thought possible.
Wellbeing & Mindfulness are topics which intrigue many people, but there is a lot of either low quality or repetitive information floating around about them - If you're looking for a more engaging, different, real-life introduction to what they are and how they can make our lives and work better, that's what I offer.
My background as an education specialist and school leader enables me to engage an audience and deliver key learning points in a very accessible way.
