Wellbeing at work mini-series: bite-size talks with a big impact.
Bring ongoing energy, focus, pondering and wellbeing to your team with my 30-minute remote sessions. Each talk blends a short, desk-friendly movement and stretch routine with a practical, evidence-backed health, wellbeing or mindset topic designed for busy professionals.
Choose a one-off session or run a regular programme - from one month to six months or more - to keep staff engaged and motivated over time as opposed to a typical annual 1 hour talk.
You can pick from my ready-made list or we’ll design some sessions around your company’s specific needs (e.g. stress, energy, healthy eating, mental health, movement at work, or midlife health).
A few examples of some mini series talks on my ready-to-go list:
🍀 'The science of happiness & luck and why our mindset matters'
👩🦰 'All about perimenopause & the menopause - why women and men need to understand it, the more unusual symptoms and how to cope well'
💻 'Digital boundaries & mental clarity - how to look after yourself in a tech-oriented world'
Perfect for remote or hybrid teams, these bite-size sessions are an easy way to embed wellbeing into the working week without disrupting the schedule.

The session was engaging, informative, genuinely impactful and relevant to us all as homeworkers. The session was tailored to suit our company's needs. Georgia was able to strike the perfect balance between practical advice and motivational energy. She has a wealth of knowledge to share, hence why our company have invited her back to deliver an additional 6 months worth of wellbeing sessions for our workforce. The feedback from our team was overwhelmingly positive with many inspired to make small sustainable changes to their daily routine."
I am a fitness professional living in and serving South East London who specialises in strength and resistance training. Having worked as a senior leader in the charity sector for over seven years, my career has been dedicated to helping people grow and develop, and supporting time-poor leaders to achieve ambitious goals and programme outcomes. I am an experienced public speaker and workshop leader.
I am a huge advocate of balance and sustainability, and I think ultimately, balance equals health. Health, diet and fitness myths are sadly still rife, particularly with social media. I have made it my mission to educate people on these and show my clients that getting (and staying) fit and healthy never needs to include fad diets, restriction or unsustainable habits. I enjoy sharing knowledge on fitness, proper nutrition, strength training and the overwhelming benefits of this and the importance of good sleep.
Through a determined approach to education and self-learning, I have been through my own journey of fat loss, weightlifting and overall health and fitness development. I have sustainably lost over 10kg, I can now lift over two times my own bodyweight, I run half marathons in under 2 hours and I have gradually moved to a more hybrid and functional style of fitness.
I have transitioned from being fairly sedentary to loving movement and exercise for what it is and how it makes me feel, and I am dedicating my career to helping others live a happier and healthier life by achieve this feeling, too.
