The wartime history of a Devon civilian aerodrome from the early days of 1937 through to 1945. RAF Exeter would operate under Number 10 Group responsible for protecting the southwest of England. It would play a vital role in the Battle of Britain in the summer of 1940 through to D-Day in 1944 when the Americans arrived. The presentation is one hour in duration and also covers aspects of the Exeter Blitz in 1942.
