In January 2026 the US published a new set of Dietary Guidelines. These guidelines form the basis of advice to the public on diet and health and inform meals provided in schools, care homes etc. The new guidelines are very different from the previous guidelines and advocate avoidance of highly processed foods and emphasises the importance of protein in the diet.

We have a particular interest in metabolic health and in advising people with common conditions such as pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, PCOS and obesity and can offer a specific talk on nutrition for metabolic health and weight loss. We are a community interest company and provide nutritional advice and support to people with chronic health conditions including ME/CFS, Long Covid and Fibromyalgia
