We are conditioned from a young age to sit still, go to the toilet when told and eat only at certain times. We also live in a culture where appearance is more important than feeling peaceful and well and loving our bodies. As a result we have lost of our natural sense of who we are and our trust and comfort with our body. Let's go on a journey together and reclaim our sense of curiosity and love for the incredible bodies we live in and create trust and peace in ourselves.
