Learning to understand and support your nervous system in a stressful and often challenging world is key to a successful life. When stress occurs and we don't understand what is happening to us it can feel very upsetting and we can experience physical, emotional, mental health issues that can impact every area of our life.
In this talk I give you an easy to understand overview so you can understand what is going on inside your body when you feel stressed and teach you some tools to support yourself and communicate with others so together we can create a world where we can support ourselves and each other.
This can be workplace focussed or general suitable to all.

Her own healing and learning journey led to her becoming a healer and holistic therapist, gradually evolving into trauma-informed coaching sharing with others the tools that make a difference to create healing, growth and understanding so that we can feel less alone on the incredible journey of life and feel more equipped to handle life's inevitable curveballs and wounds and create the life we really want to live.
Her passions are holding space, teaching, conscious dancing, grounded spirituality, travel, learning, fires, drumming, creativity, womens circles, teaching, walking, singing and bringing the joy.
