The phrase “We are what we eat” is an old one but it is one of the truest statements ever. We are indeed exactly what we eat, so what foods we put into our bodies determines our physical health, our mental and emotional wellbeing, and our longevity. If we eat junk, there will come a point when one or more groups of our body cells lie down with their legs in the air, gasping for breath and perhaps die. Keep doing that and more an more body cells five up on us. If we feed our bodies the right foods then all our cells can thrive.

Let me explain how to eat healthily without missing out on flavour, texture, and fun.
