An introduction to the world of foraging and free nutritious food. Why forage? I’ll give you a few reasons why. I will explain how to be a responsible and safe forager, and how foraging can bring happiness, health and nutrition. I will introduce you to some of the fantastic edible plants you can easily find growing all around you. Add some foraged food to your menu as an option.
