Lawrence of Arabia has had a library of books written about him ( not to mention the many books that Lawrence himself penned). But despite all the research and academic effort, the man remains in part a mystery. Stewart and wife Karen have explored Lawrence’s footsteps and Stewart’s talk gives some fresh perspectives on this enigmatic man.

A former RAF officer, pilot, logistician and explosives specialist. A hotelier and senior manager in the Defence Industry; with wife Karen, lived and worked for many years in the Middle East. Has travelled widely. An eclectic range of interests that include amongst others history, travel and aviation.
