Can quiet people be effective leaders? Why do so many organisations reward extroverted behaviours? And what can introverts do to succeed in environments that seem designed for someone else?

In this lively and insightful keynote, Matt examines how workplace culture has evolved to favour extroversion, explores the unique strengths introverts bring to teams and leadership, and shares practical techniques for thriving in meetings, presentations, networking situations and leadership roles.

Combining research, humour and actionable advice, Naturally Quiet helps audiences rethink what effective leadership and influence really look like, proving that sometimes the most powerful voice in the room isn't the loudest one.
