Many of us know that self-compassion is meant to be good for our wellbeing. But what does it really mean? Why is it so difficult? And won't we become lazy if we're not hard on ourselves?

In this interactive talk, we'll answer these questions by getting to know our inner critic, understanding the benefits of self-compassion, and identifying our next steps for being a little kinder to ourselves.

Recent feedback: *"Heather delivered a session for our wellbeing campaign. Her style was really accessible and easy to follow. We received fantastic feedback afterwards, and our people were armed with tools to treat themselves with self-compassion." *"Just enjoyed your session on self compassion. I think I'm too hard on myself sometimes. I'll practice some of your techniques, so thanks again :)"
