About Helen Ritchie

I am a Clinical Nutritionist passionate about supporting women in managing their menopause through natural nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I run a private clinic working with women and men with a range of health concerns and also work within the NHS on the Diabetes Prevention Programme as a health coach.

I am an ambassador for the Public Health Collaboration charity [phcuk.orc] and run courses for local GP surgeries and their patients, helping them to lose weight, lower their blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.

I regularly give talks, workshops and interviews on a range of health related topics, including menopause and perimenopause; how to lose weight healthily and sustainably, sleep, healthy ageing, preventing dementia, reversing chronic illness etc.
