This talk helps cut through all the noise and misinformation about nutrition and talks about the 4 key pillars for good health via nutrition and lifestyle.
I tend to focus more on the first pillar nutrition than the other 3 but aim for it to be an interactive session, depending on the number of attendees.
The 4 key pillars being:
I am a Clinical Nutritionist passionate about supporting women in managing their menopause through natural nutrition and lifestyle changes. The menopause transition is much more complex than a simple hormone deficiency often portrayed in the media.
I run a private clinic working with women and men with a range of health concerns and have also worked within the NHS on the Diabetes Prevention Programme as a health coach.
I am an ambassador for the Public Health Collaboration charity [phcuk.orc] and run courses for local GP surgeries and their patients, helping them to lose weight, lower their blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.
I regularly give talks, workshops and interviews on a range of health related topics, including menopause and perimenopause; how to lose weight healthily and sustainably, managing and reversing osteoporosis, how to get a good night's sleep, healthy ageing, preventing dementia etc.
