During World War Two, York was subjected to 10 air raid attacks.

Many areas of the city were targeted on these raids, causing varying degrees of damage, from minor fires to complete destruction of properties, and in some cases, loss of life.

This talk looks at each raid, the areas hit and the people affected (NB: In this talk Baedeker Raid not fully discussed).

Talk Length: Up to 2 hours
