This talks concentrates on some idea on how to use your herbs every day, from techniques in cooking to interesting recipes, from use of herbal teas in health to the use of essential oils in making your own balms, soaps etc. Demonstrations and leaflets included. Depending on growing conditions, this talk features purple basil, Hidcote lavender, gold tipped marjoram, Greek oregano and Lemon thyme.
