The talk takes us through the various stages of planting, herb care, and through to how and when to harvest and ideas for making the most use of your crop. Four herbs are featuring during the talk, depending on growing conditions this talk includes lemon verbena, green ginger rosemary, chocolate peppermint and dill.

As well as a career in television and theatre, I have a background in producing and writing educational events, this has taken me to France, New York, Florida and Barcelona.
I have been giving talks for many years on and wide variety of subjects and hold full Public Liability Insurance and Enhanced DBS Clearance for working with children and vulnerable adults.
