Having walked the path I then researched the places visited and came up with plenty of interesting facts and stories that an audience would not know about. The talk is up to an hour in length with a PowerPoint presentation of images mostly taken along the way.

During my working life I ran my own business as a financial adviser before retiring in 2015. As the past chair of Haverhill & District u3a where I also lead the history and photographic groups I am accustomed to presenting illustrated talks on many subjects. Living in Suffolk most of the talks are based on places in the East of England and are tied to various long distance walking trails that I have had the enjoyment of walking. When doing a walk I am interested in the history and stories of the places I go through which usually leads to the basis for a talk.
