James Crawley is a CEO, Non-Executive Director, Mentor, Public Speaker and Author of three books: Fuel Your Employer Brand, Refuel Your Employer Brand, and The Seven Year (Sw)itch – Why We Get Restless in Work, Life, and Love, and What to Do About It.

He has a track record in business turnaround, growth, and leadership across sectors including professional services, technology, manufacturing, design and event venues. With deep expertise in talent acquisition, retention and business growth, James is experienced in building high-performing teams and developing new propositions from concept to market. He now divides his time between commercial ventures (two-thirds) and not-for-profit or charity projects (one-third).

James has delivered keynote talks on employer branding and leadership at regional, national and international conferences for corporates, trade groups and industry associations.

Alongside his professional work, James volunteers with HM Coastguard, the RNLI, Warming Up the Homeless, and South East 4x4 Response. He is also a Trustee of The Sevenoaks CPR Charity and former Lead Governor of South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.
