We all hit points where we feel restless in our careers, relationships or personal lives. Too often, we beat ourselves up for it or jump blindly into the next thing. What I want readers to see is that these moments are predictable. They follow a pattern. And if you can recognise the itch before it takes over, you can make smarter, braver choices about what comes next. My hope is that people walk away with a sense of relief, that there’s nothing “wrong” with them for wanting more, and with the tools to handle that restlessness in a way that builds rather than breaks. You can’t stop the itch, but you can choose how you scratch it.
