Raza Rahman is a cultural governance specialist, chaplain, and founder of CultivIQ. Over 25 years of frontline community and chaplaincy work, he has become one of the most trusted voices in the UK on faith, culture, and inclusion.
He works across the NHS, policing, local government, higher education, and finance, helping leaders and teams make better decisions when culture and faith are part of the picture. His approach is practical and grounded, never abstract.
Raza is fluent in English, Bengali, Arabic, and Urdu, and holds a Master’s in Chaplaincy. He is Faith and Spirituality Coordinator at Newcastle University, sits on the University Court, and is Chaplain to the High Sheriff of Tyne and Wear for 2026 to 2027. He has been named in the Top 50 Influential Muslims in Europe and nominated for the 2026 National Diversity Awards.
