We all make decisions every day, but some of the hardest ones involve faith, culture, and belief, where getting it wrong damages trust and getting it right builds it. Drawing on 25 years on the frontline of community and chaplaincy work across the NHS, policing, education, and beyond, Raza Rahman shares practical, real-world insight into how organisations and groups can navigate cultural and religious difference with confidence rather than anxiety. Honest, grounded, and free of jargon, this talk leaves audiences thinking differently about the role culture plays in everyday life and work.
Suitable for community groups, professional networks, societies, and staff teams. Available in person across the North East and online nationally.
