Nick specialises in Leadership and Management at all levels. Helping those who are new to leading, right through to the Executive Board. Nick has helped develop thousands of leaders in a number of industries from financial to engineering; and from healthcare to defence.

Nick is a dynamic speaker with over 20 years of Leadership experience in Human Resources and Learning. Known for his forward-thinking approach and ability to inspire, Nick incorporates many stories from his career to help bring a topic to life.

Nick has delivered all over the world including the USA and Europe. This experience helps Nick to connect with just about any audience.

As a learning professional, Nick has been exposed to many topics and over the years, has learnt a great deal. It is this knowledge and experience that Nick brings with him to enhance any talk.

Whilst leadership and leading teams is Nick's forte, he is just as comfortable talking to an audience about most things that crop up in daily work life.
