About Dave Pinion

I am a retired communications engineer. In 2023 I visited Antarctica, caught the polar bug, and have since returned four times and counting... My talks are based on my own experiences and the heroic age of exploration (Scott, Shackleton etc.), backed up with some great photos, a few anecdotes, my passion for the continent, and lots of penguins!!

I have a website which gives more details: https://www.journeystoantarctica.co.uk/
