How making changes to our nutrition and fitness, with a focus on health goals, (rather than weight / aesthetic goals) can create sustainable lifestyle fitness changes at all stages of our lives. I talk about my personal journey from an eating disorder during my teenage years, to a mum of 5 who needed to make changes to my lifestyle for health reasons, to retraining as a personal training with a very different approach to fitness.
