This popular session gives your team a practical toolkit to improve energy, productivity and mental wellbeing, even with a busy workday. Based on the core pillars of workplace health, it combines facts & stats alongside actionable strategies to help staff move more, stress less and build sustainable habits for body and brain.

This talk is designed to really sell preventative health and wellbeing strategies to your staff, to keep them happy and healthy. Happy staff means less churn, less burn out, less sick days, more motivation and more productivity. Staying healthy while WFH will be addressed unless otherwise stated.

The talk will be interactive at times and can include a short 'wake-up'/stretch session mid way through!

The talk can cover:

  • Why your health habits matter for your work
  • The importance of sleep and how this can be optimised, to think clearer and work smarter
  • Daily movement (not just gym workouts) and why fitness and exercise matters to your focus
  • Stress and emotional regulation
  • Nutrition basics for energy and focus at work
  • Going over some easily implementable workplace strategies

All my talks can be tailored to your organisation; You may choose to use some of the points above (or from my other listed talks) as the base and add other topics in that suit your workforce best.

(As cancellations prevent me from taking on other work, a late cancellation fee may apply).

About Georgia Bennett

February 2025 testimonial: "It was an absolute pleasure to introduce Georgia Bennett at our event, and the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Georgia delivered an insightful and engaging presentation on optimising health and wellbeing packed with practical advice and backed by research. Her ability to break down complex health concepts into accessible and actionable steps truly resonated with our audience. The turnout was very good, and attendees found her expertise on strength training, and movement incredibly valuable. Georgia’s passion and depth of knowledge were evident throughout, making her a standout speaker. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable presenter in the field of health, fitness and wellness!"

I am a fitness professional living in and serving South East London who specialises in strength and resistance training. Having worked as a senior leader in the charity sector for over seven years, my career has been dedicated to helping people grow and develop, and supporting time-poor leaders to achieve ambitious goals and programme outcomes. I am an experienced public speaker and workshop leader.

I am a huge advocate of balance and sustainability, and I think ultimately, balance equals health. Health, diet and fitness myths are sadly still rife, particularly with social media. I have made it my mission to educate people on these and show my clients that getting (and staying) fit and healthy never needs to include fad diets, restriction or unsustainable habits. I enjoy sharing knowledge on fitness, proper nutrition, strength training and the overwhelming benefits of this and the importance of good sleep.

Through a determined approach to education and self-learning, I have been through my own journey of fat loss, weightlifting and overall health and fitness development. I have sustainably lost over 10kg, I can now lift over two times my own bodyweight, I run half marathons in under 2 hours and I have gradually moved to a more hybrid and functional style of fitness.

I have transitioned from being fairly sedentary to loving movement and exercise for what it is and how it makes me feel, and I am dedicating my career to helping others live a happier and healthier life by achieve this feeling, too.
