  • The role of communication, with suggestions for navigating difficult conversations effectively.
  • How everyone within an organisation can contribute to and influence DEI changes.
  • A strategic approach to tackling DEI challenges, including gathering data, setting measurable goals, and tracking progress.
  • The hiring and retention process as an example of how such a strategic approach to DEI could be applied in practice.

It has been previously delivered at British and German tech conferences and within organisations. Longer or tailored versions of the talk can be discussed.

My name is Susi Bauer, and I am a freelance coach, trainer and facilitator with a decade of experience in the UK video games industry.
