Come with us from the comfort of your local society meeting place to view the Norman church at Barwick-in-Elmet. Looking at the history of the building and contents as well as who were commemorated on the memorials. Learn about the clergy and re-structuring over the centuries. This presentation is by myself and my colleague, Ann Winter.

My main area of historical interest is the Gascoigne Family who lived at Lotherton Hall. I have co-written a book about the Gascoignes and their chauffeur (he outlived all the Gascoignes whom he worked for) entitled 'The Spirit of Lotherton'. I am also an experienced family historian.
