About Laurence Montrognon

I am Laurence, I am a qualified and registered nutritional therapist and a clinic assistant supervisor at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).

I am also a NLP practioner and a sober coach who supports people who are motivated to stop/ reduce their alcohol intake. I combine a holistic personalised nutrition approach with health coaching to help people to make changes and get into the right mindset.

I am governed by the main bodies for nutritional therapists in the UK, BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I am fully insured to work with clients and abide by the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) rules.

I also continue to further my knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) education, and I am a member of Practice with Confidence which offers to practitioners additional training and support with medication interactions and polypharmacy.
