Set in nineteen fifties Kent and written by H E Bates, you will love this walk through the local film locations as well as enjoy the opportunity to meet some of the famous characters who starred in the television series. We also look at 'The Larkins', a new ITV adaptation of the same book with some different film locations and fresh stars.

I have been working as a professional Blue Badge Guide for the South/South East of England, Canterbury Cathedral and a Green Badge Guide for Canterbury City since 2012 and live near Ashford in Kent.

In 2020, I took my talks online and used Zoom to deliver my illustrated Powerpoint presentations. This is still a possibility if your group would prefer a Zoom talk.
My talks last 45 minutes to 1 hour and there is always time for questions/comments at the end.
