About Sue Duckworth

I have been working as a professional Blue Badge Guide for the South/South East of England, Canterbury Cathedral and a Green Badge Guide for Canterbury City since 2012 and live near Ashford in Kent.

Before becoming a Guide, I worked as a Librarian in Kent for almost 20 years and still enjoy bringing my Talks to life through stories.

I give Guided Coach Tours, Walking Tours and Illustrated Talks throughout my region with fascinating facts and famous places in fiction, sharing my passion for local history, stories and the countryside with others.

In 2020, I took my talks online and used Zoom to deliver my illustrated Powerpoint presentations. This is still a possibility if your group would prefer a Zoom talk.

My talks last 45 minutes to 1 hour and there is always time for questions/comments at the end.
