This talk is an introduction to Aromatherapy and it's history. I also talk about the uses of essential oils to clean and fragrance your home or to relieve minor discomfort e.g. headaches and colds.

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils that have been extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, roots, fruit peel and berries. Did you know that many ancient civilisations used essential oils? The Eygptians burned gums and resins, such as Frankincense to clear the mind. The Chinese mentioned the use of plant based medicines in their medical books as early as 2697 BC.

Would you like to know how Lavender oil can help you sleep? Or how Eucalyptus oil can ease a cold? Would you like to clean your windows or the kitchen floor with natural materials? Let me show you how.
