From sowing and growing to harvesting and preserving. Includes demonstrations and printed hand outs. The talk takes us through the various stages of planting, herb care, and through to how and when to harvest and ideas for making the most use of your crop. Four herbs are featuring during the talk, depending on growing conditions this talk includes lemon verbena, green ginger rosemary, chocolate peppermint and dill.
