Bob Massey is a retired Theatre Consultant and Lighting Designer who spent 50yrs planning performance spaces and shows throughout the world. For many years he was also Technical Manager of a Theatre in Nottingham. He is a Historian, Lecturer and member of History, Cinema, Theatre and Aircraft research groups and societies as well as Chairman and a Trustee of the Nottinghamshire Local History Association. For over 40yrs he has been teaching, Local History, Computer and Theatre subjects on courses around the country and regularly writes articles on these subjects for magazines and trade publications. He has published nine books on local history, As well as talks to groups he conducts history walks, courses and "talks in the pub". Most of the talks can be presented via a zoom link or utube if required. I can host these events and arrange links if required.
