Details of talks given by Gary Hammond
Gary Hammond is a certified ADHD coach and former tech executive with over 20 years of experience in the "tech trenches" as a founder, Managing Director, and Head of Product. Originally from Dublin and now based in Barcelona, Gary bridges the gap between lived neurodivergent experience and high-level professional leadership.
After his diagnosis in 2013, Gary spent a decade navigating organisational complexity before finding support that actually worked. Today, through his practice iterate ADHD, he helps audiences move beyond "awareness" and into action. He frames ADHD as a Performance Gap - the frustrating disconnect between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
Gary is a member of the ADHD Coaches Organisation (ACO) and CHADD. He is known for a refreshingly no-fluff and authentic approach, providing teams with a shared language to support neurodiversity without sacrificing high performance.
