Jools was a highly successful career detective having completed over 30 years exemplary service in the Metropolitan Police. This was mainly within Specialist Operations at New Scotland Yard (NSY). His considerable expertise was acquired from prolonged and successful postings to the Flying Squad, SO11 Covert Surveillance Unit and The Counter-Terrorism Squad SO15. On retirement from the MPS he received a rare accolade where he was personally thanked by The Commissioner, Sir Ian Blair who presented him with his Certificate of Service. On retirement, Jools ran a successful surveillance company in the private sector for many years. His presentation on surveillance will get you to see this discipline in a whole new fascinating light.
