About Jools Lloyd

Jools was a highly successful career detective having completed over 30 years exemplary service in the Metropolitan Police Service . This was mainly within Specialist Operations at New Scotland Yard (NSY). His considerable expertise was acquired from prolonged and highly successful postings to the elite Counter Terrorism Command, the SO11 Covert Surveillance Unit and the Flying Squad. On his retirement from the MPS he received a rare accolade where he was personally thanked by The Commissioner, Sir Ian Blair who presented him with his Certificate of Service. On retirement, Jools ran a successful surveillance company in the private sector for many years.
