Details of talks given by Guy Ellis
I am an executive and leadership coach, podcast host, consultant, trainer and author.
My most recent book is "Conversations for Men: Leadership, menopause and the case for workplace change", a book for leaders, organisations and men to help them support women going through menopause. This book came about because of my experiences in living and working with executive women facing the daily grind of menopause whilst struggling to perform at the top of their professional role.
I also host the podcast series "Leadership Inside Out" - aimed to show how everyday leaders have navigated barriers and hardship to achieve critical success.
I graduated in New Zealand, immigrated to the UK at the age of 21 and enjoyed a rapid rise to HR Director at NatWest Global Financial Markets and in 2000, Aon Limited. In 2003, I started my own company and have worked for and with a number of global companies across a range of sectors on a range of professional briefs as a trainer / facilitator, interim manager, project manager, coach and specialist mentor.
I have published or written in several books. As well as Insights for Men, they include "Future Proofing your Life: A guide For GenZ to Navigate Jobs, Skills, and Life’s Curveballs", co-authored “GenZ insight: How to become a GenZ Magnet”, “Tales of Talent: A Modern Fable for Today’s Managers”, a chapter in “Talent Management of Knowledge Workers” and co-edited and written a chapter in “The Routledge Companion to International Management Education”.
