After owning chocolate shops, since 2005 I have travelled all over the uk entertaining social groups with my chocolate making demonstration. My talk lasts about an hour and in that time I make a chocolate truffle for everyone to sample. My talk is very humorous and not to be taken too seriously. I want everyone to have some yummy chocolates and have fun
