Pauline O’Connor is an author, patient advocate, and public speaker based near London. Drawing on her lived experience of mild brain injury and a rare metabolic condition, she shares practical insights into resilience, health, and creative recovery. Her talks combine humour, science, and storytelling — offering audiences both information and inspiration.
