Biography:

Emma started life as a GP receptionist before she went to do her undergraduate degree which led to her being a Creative Media and Music lecturer in a college.

Burnout prompted a career change and she has worked in mental health for over 10 years. She has experience working in supported living, hospitals, prisons and primary care.

It was while working in primary care that she decided to be a wellbeing and burnout coach helping doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

Emma is a qualified hypnotherapist and coach and has many other qualifications including an MSc in Psychology and a PG Cert in Psychiatry.
