Voluntary role of DIversity & Community Relations Magistrate to raise awareness of the role and ease of access to become a magistrate - widening participation.

I speak about who makes laws and who applies them - what a courtroom looks like and the difference between criminal and family courts. I then outline the fact that anyone can become a magistrate if they are over the age of 18 years and have good character. My talk lasts for 1 hour and there is a quiz-based approach.
