Biography:

I started my career in the BBC, working with their European Services, then BBC Radio 4’s consumer programme “You & Yours”, before moving to BBC Radio London with my own classical music show. When we started our family, we moved to Dorking and I went on to become a teacher, working with dyslexic pupils. I'm also a founder volunteer with the local Talking Newspaper for blind people and became a Trustee of the national Talking News Federation. Since retiring, I also volunteer with the Dorking Community Fridge and am trying to make time to indulge my love of reading and history, dogwalking and gardening.
