I am a registered nutritionist (mBANT) and work with a partner under the banner of Cinnamon Days. As well as offering group and individual weight loss programmes using a low-carb eating approach, we also regularly give talks to interested groups about any aspect of nutrition and health from general healthy eating approaches through to very specific topics such as healthy fats in the diet, eating for gut health, why a low-carb approach helps with weight loss, coping with weight loss stalls, and many other topics tailored to fit an organisations requirements.
I can deliver talks face to face (within a 10 mile radius of Sheffield) or online.
