There is a unique heartbreak in watching your child struggle with their mental health or an eating disorder, feeling fear, confusion, guilt, and fierce love all at once. My talk speaks directly to parents standing in that space which I have stood myself. It explores the quiet battles behind closed doors, the sleepless nights, the second-guessing, and the deep longing to “fix” what feels unfixable.

With honesty and compassion, I will talk about how to stay connected when your child pushes away, how to replace shame with understanding, and how to hold hope when progress feels painfully slow. Most of all, this is a conversation about love, how to show up steadily, imperfectly, and powerfully in the middle of uncertainty, and how to care for yourself while caring for your child.

About Andrea Marsh

I am a High Performance speaker, coach and trainer driven by one clear purpose, which is helping people feel seen, supported, and equipped to create real change in their lives and work. I am a 9x multi award-winning speaker and coach, including Female Diamond Entrepreneur 2026, Mental Health Coach of the Year, and Business Woman of the Year 2025, but it is my impact not my titles that matter most to me.

I speak on motivation, resilience, leadership, and mental health, including sensitive areas such as eating disorders and suicide prevention. My work spans corporate environments, education settings, and parent-focused audiences, allowing me to bridge the gap between workplace wellbeing and family life.

What makes my work deeply personal is that it is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience as a parent. I understand first-hand how mental health challenges affect individuals, families, and teams. This dual perspective allows me to speak with honesty, compassion, and credibility without judgment or jargon.

My sessions are real, engaging, and practical.

I work with educators, parents, health professionals, and business leaders who want more than a motivational talk. They want depth, relatability, and strategies that genuinely make a difference. My aim is always the same: to help people build resilience, confidence, and healthier cultures without burnout.
