Mental health struggles and eating disorders rarely look the way we expect them to. They hide behind high achievement, humour, perfectionism, and “I’m fine.” They whisper lies about worth, control, and identity, and thrive in silence.

This talk shines a light on the realities so many people carry privately. With honesty and compassion, I explore what these struggles really feel like from the inside, why they’re so often misunderstood, and how healing begins, not with perfection, but with connection.

Together, we’ll unpack stigma, challenge harmful narratives, and talk about practical pathways toward support, resilience, and recovery. Whether you’re struggling yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply wanting to understand more deeply, this is a space for truth, empathy, and hope.

About Andrea Marsh

I am a High Performance speaker, coach and trainer driven by one clear purpose, which is helping people feel seen, supported, and equipped to create real change in their lives and work. I am a 9x multi award-winning speaker and coach, including Female Diamond Entrepreneur 2026, Mental Health Coach of the Year, and Business Woman of the Year 2025, but it is my impact not my titles that matter most to me.

I speak on motivation, resilience, leadership, and mental health, including sensitive areas such as eating disorders and suicide prevention. My work spans corporate environments, education settings, and parent-focused audiences, allowing me to bridge the gap between workplace wellbeing and family life.

What makes my work deeply personal is that it is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience as a parent. I understand first-hand how mental health challenges affect individuals, families, and teams. This dual perspective allows me to speak with honesty, compassion, and credibility without judgment or jargon.

My sessions are real, engaging, and practical.

I work with educators, parents, health professionals, and business leaders who want more than a motivational talk. They want depth, relatability, and strategies that genuinely make a difference. My aim is always the same: to help people build resilience, confidence, and healthier cultures without burnout.
