Gavin shares an insight into his new book, “The Chronicles of Glycaemia: from Diagnosis to DiAthlete.” Providing an open and relatable account of his childhood diagnosis with type 1 diabetes, an insight for caregivers to build trust in their child, and focus on the mental health hurdles behind the numbers.
