The ageing process will apply to everyone BUT it is possible to feel younger for longer. I explain how this can be achieved by choosing the right foods and drinks. I explain how one single human cell derives its energy and why this is crucial to maintaining your vitality and mentality. I avoid difficult scientific jargon and use unusual imagery to keep my audience involved.

About Peter Taylor

Careers in teaching, Leisure, Recreation and Events Management, Self employed French Club owner. Hospitality and owner of Devon Health Spa. Multi disciplined natural therapist. Owner of 3 clinics. Author of 6 books. I specialise in food matters and health. I have lived in East Africa, France, Kashmir and travelled extensively. During the last 25 years I have studied Nutrition and especially the effects of fast food consumption upon the health of populations across the planet. I have learned that in order to make the greatest impression it is necessary to stick to simplicity without too much data. One of my books is a mémoire -LIFE LOVES LAUGHTER - and I employ humour as often as possible in order to engage with my audience. I am now in the process of writing 30 children’s books based upon a community (think the Archers) of fruits and vegetables with each character having an adventure. The books are illustrated and also colouring in books. I am hoping to speak to schools as a result. My talks include Fast Food Slow Death, Protect yourself from common diseases. How to live longer. How can I reduce the risk of getting cancer? How to slow the ageing process.
